**Essential Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in operating an asphalt or recycling plant
- Demonstrated ability in stock control and raw material deliveries
- Bobcat and Front End Loader tickets
- Current General Construction Induction card
- A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing a small team and drive process improvement initiatives
- Strong machinal aptitude within the production areas including fixed plant and mobile machinery
- Demonstrated ability to run toolbox talk, pre-starts and team meetings
- An understanding of the chain of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients
