**Role Overview**

Experienced Scrum Master required to join an existing Agile release train on an exciting new to market payments solution. The project requires an Agile professional with a strong delivery background, seasoned facilitation skills, and experience in helping teams and organisations work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Run Agile ceremonies
- Develop deep relationships across the enterprise
- Remove blockers
- Drive continuous improvement
- Implement change of processes, tools, way of working etc
- Mentor and educate the team and the business on Agile practices
- Manage stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years in dedicated Scrum Master role
- Financial services experience nice to have
- Managed teams typically ranging up to 12 resources
- Certified Scum Master certification
- Experience managing multiple teams
- Excellent communication skill and ability to effectively deal with a wide range of stakeholders
