Holy Spirit Casula is a thriving residential aged care community that promotes a philosophy that recognizes the value and individuality of each resident.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will develop and implement specialized activity programmes and social activities to promote the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our residents in addition to overseeing a team of lifestyle officers.
- To be successful for the role you will have:_
- Ability to engage with residents and staff effectively
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Previous experience working within an aged care - advantage
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate and able to complete documentation and reports
- Be highly organized.
- Empathy for the elderly and disabled
- Able to provide proof of Covid19 Immunisation
