**The Role**:
We’re seeking an experienced Process Owner, Scheme to sit within the ConnectID Product & Scheme team. Day to day, you will make a strong contribution to the ongoing operations of the ConnectID scheme, and support refinement and change in the scheme over time.

As the Process Owner, Scheme you will work with the broader Product & Scheme team, and support & manage the day-to-day activities of all participants in the ConnectID network, including scheme releases and notifications, incident management, monthly billing, network reporting and ongoing re-certification of participants. You’ll also help develop internal documentation, policies and processes to support a strong risk culture in the business.

**About ConnectID**:
ConnectID is an Australian-owned digital identity exchange which improves identity verification while protecting privacy - supporting productivity in the digital economy. ConnectID is an initiative of Australian Payments Plus (AP+), Australia’s domestic payments organisation that also includes BPAY Group, eftpos and NPP Australia. ConnectID has started rolling out across institutions and businesses in Australia. ConnectID is building a nation-wide identity ecosystem, partnering with major institutions to roll out a service that aims to become ubiquitous for all Australians.

**Proposed Position Requirements are**:

- Proven experience in scheme management, process management, product operations or business analyst roles.
- Proven experience in a process re-engineering role.
- Experience working in a financial services or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications, including formal notices and papers.
- Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders in large organisations.
- Positive approach to ‘get the job done’.
