- Your Opportunity
- As a Team Manager in our Member Service Center, you will lead our dedicated team of consultants to showcase the value and benefits of RAC products and services to our members.
- What you need to know
- Location: Carousel
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week)
- What will you be doing:
- Lead a established and cohesive team of customer service and sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets demonstrating resilience and a 'hands on' approach- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support career development- Address member concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive resolution- Monitor and support day-to-day operations to ensure execution of strategies and initiatives
- What we are looking for:
