We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Executive to join the team at Stockland M_Park, based in Macquarie Park. Deliver a tailored customer experience at a thriving new workplace precinct through a curated program of events and initiatives designed to engage and excite workers, tenants, retailers and the surrounding community. Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement of the Customer Engagement Program.
**About the Role**
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, relevant local groups, retailers and businesses to develop relationships and cultivate partnerships and participation opportunities.
- Roll-out and the ongoing development and ownership of the Customer Engagement Program.
- Ownership of the digital customer engagement platform (Web and Mobile App version), including content creation and ensuring all information is compelling, accurate and relevant.
- Design and implement communications (via the Web and Mobile App, Salesforce or alternate method) to support the Customer Engagement Program.
- Support Marketing and Tenant Stakeholder initiatives designed to generate community awareness, brand positioning, traffic generation, stakeholder engagement or leasing objectives.
- Responsible for on-site digital screen content and management including digital directories, lift screens and other screens for communication and promotion of the Customer Engagement Program.
- Update and create bespoke Collateral
- Manage the budget to deliver the Customer Engagement Program, and seek to generate cost savings through efficiencies and relationship building with partner companies/suppliers.
- Reporting as required to convey customer insights, trends and behaviours, as well as success of initiatives.
- Take ‘ownership’ of the Vision Centre to ensure optimal presentation, and encourage visitation and usage of it by the workplace community and stakeholder groups.
**About You**
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated skills in project/event management.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking skills
- Appropriate qualification or experience (e.g., marketing, communications, event management, project management).
- At least two years’ experience in a role with transferrable skillsets.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new CMS.
- Graphic design skills are an advantage but not mandatory
