The opportunities to join our vast team are endless as our company continues to expand; we are always seeking new and motivated individuals to join our team **About the role**: We're looking for an energetic customer focused individual to join our busy Automotive Service Department based in Wollongong. Automotive experience is not necessary (although preferred) - what we are looking for is someone who wants to put their customer service experience into a full time role with great career potential with a STARTING OTE of $85,000-$100,000 This is a full time role; _Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm._ **What will a day look like?** - Open from 7:30 you will meet and greet customers as part of our "Driveway service" in a casual setting (no suits and tie here). - You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs/maintenance needs to be done. - Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required. - Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer. - Overall; establish and develop effective customer relationships **About you**: - Previous experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry - You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers - You will thrive in a busy, high volume environment - You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems - You will have a can do approach where no task is too hard - You have the ability to build rapport with our valued customers - You will have a good understanding of the automotive industry and be mechanically minded - A passion for consumer sales with proven results - Current NSW Driver’s License **Why Tynan Motors?** - **Paid Birthday Leave** Have your birthday day off paid - **Loyalty Leave**: - we reward loyalty with additional paid days off - A forever growing friendly family run business with over 350 staff - the opportunities are endless - Gain exposure to multiple automotive brands - Monday to Friday position - Make a change & make your mark on our growing service department - Work with a fun, supportive team with a management structure that encourages progression.
