Operations Admin Clerks Wanted

Liverpool, Australia Labourforce Full time

Our client a National Cold Storage Transport and Distribution company are currently seeking operational admin clerks to join their growing team based in the Liverpool location.

below are the current positions and shifts available:

- Admin support **:3am - 6pm** (depending on applicant)
- Admin clerk **:1am - 9pm**

These positions are is role is ongoing with a view to permanency

As part of this role you will be responsible for;
- Processing in loads via EDI and Manually
- Communicating with dock staff for paperwork
- Processing COR’s for drivers on arrival
- Processing of dispatch paperwork to generate invoices
- creating pallet dockets using 2IC
- Compiling the orders together to hand over to the allocator
- Data entry - inbound/outbound orders
- Ability to lead with tasks and communications within the team
- Strong background in Administration/Operations

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the below:

- Previous transport and distribution industry experience a MUST
- Ability to understand transport terminology
- Ability to have some flexibility with start and finish times
- Ability to work overtime where required
- Act as the 'go to' person in the office
- Sound computer and systems knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Have a flexible and adaptable attitude
- Ability to read con and understand con notes
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current c class license and own reliable transport
