Our client is rapidly growing within in the financial and debt collection industry and have a requirement for an Information Security Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working as an Information Security Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our collection information security system. The role enables you to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients. There is an opportunity within the team for growth based on leadership experience and/or skillset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in development and maintaining an integrated security program to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems assets.
- Performing security administration functions and remediation of security incidents
- Monitoring computing practices to ensure that individual and departmental access and rights, resources, and information are secure.
- Monitor, analyze, and detect IT security vulnerabilities and threats of institutional networks and systems.
- Assist in implementation of Group security policy functions/procedures that align to security mandates/standards.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Information Security or Cyber Security Certifications (Security +, CISM, CISSP, CCSP) can be an advantage.
- Experience in a combination of information security risk management, compliance, governance and IT Audit
- Knowledge and/or experience with iRAP
- Knowledge and/or experience with common information security management frameworks, such as in ISO 270001/2, GDPR, NIST
- Solid understanding of network protocols.
- Good stakeholders’ management skills: able to collaborate with various high-performing teams and individuals to accomplish common goals.
- Knowledge of cloud securities is an advantage.
- Experience or interest in leadership is an advantage.

**Salary: $135K Package, plus bonus, along with lots of extra benefits and career progression opportunities**

**Hybrid role in CBD - applicants must be Melbourne based
