**Join Our Team as a Café Manager**

We are looking for an experienced café manager who enjoys leading a small team, keeping things organised and creating a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. This role suits someone who is hands on, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys the rhythm of café life.

As our manager, you will be a visible presence on the floor, working alongside your team and setting the standard for service. You will also take care of the practical side of running the café, making sure the staff feel supported, the café stays well organised and everything runs smoothly from open to close.

**What you will be doing**
- Leading the team with a supportive and approachable style
- Overseeing daily operations including rostering, ordering and stock control
- Training and mentoring staff to build skills and confidence
- Keeping service standards consistent in both food and coffee
- Maintaining a tidy and well-presented café environment
- Looking after customers and making sure they feel welcome and valued

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience as a café or restaurant manager is essential
- Clear and confident leadership skills with a people-first approach
- A hands-on attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for hospitality and community
