**About Us**:
We are a fast-paced, customer-focused fast food restaurant committed to delivering quality service and delicious meals. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the fast food shop, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost-effective stock management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Cash handling, daily reconciliation, and managing financial records.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a retail manager or team leader in a fast food or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to handle both staff and customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and basic financial management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: $21.38 - $46.34 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
