Melbourne Dining Group is one of Melbourne's premier dining groups. Consisting of Hochi Mama, both Richmond and CBD, Straight Outta Saigon, and the newly opened Kiss & Tell, with plans for further expansion, this is an exciting time to get on board.

**About The Opportunity**:
We are looking for experienced section waitstaff and food runners to join the team at Hochi Mama. We have positions mainly available at Richmond and one position at our CBD location.
- Experience as Section Waitstaff in a busy venue
- Can confidently handle a section of 10 tables
- Ability to carry three plates
- Asian food and wine knowledge is a plus
- Passion for delivering fast and friendly service
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- RSA certificate
