**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As part of our business transformation journey, we are rethinking the way we work. We are in the process of replacing both our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and to support this implementation and ensure the long-term success of our data management efforts, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Data Specialist to join the team.

The Master Data Specialist will initially focus on setting up the master data function as part of a dedicated project team and then transition to lead the function.

**Functions the role will perform include**:

- Collaborate with the project team and key stakeholders to define master data requirements for the CRM and ERP systems. This will include helping to define attributes across key master data pillars
- Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures and standards to establish a robust master data management framework
- Support the design and implementation of data models, hierarchies and taxonomies to support efficient data management processes
- Support the ERP and CRM implementation teams with data cleansing and migration activities to support a seamless transition
- Lead ongoing data cleansing and enrichment activities to support the continuous improvement of master data quality and accuracy
- Establish data management best practices and provide training and guidance to end-users on master data processes
- Lead a team of master data professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and evolving regulatory requirements related to master data management to ensure Ampcontrol continues to follow industry best practice in this space
