**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

**As a Purchasing Analyst **you will support the purchasing and procurement teams with data validity and accuracy within our ERP. The role will extend its support to vendor updates, component updates and project support for supply details.

Additional support may be extended to other data validation and reporting functions to improve visibility within our organisation for critical KPI areas.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Communicate with specific suppliers to receive current lead-times for projects
- Obtain all supplier pricing to update item master file
- Report all lead-times to management
- Expediting suppliers for delivery dates

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

Your strong customer service skills and ability to seek ways of adding value to our business will be complemented with the following:

- Experience with ERP and MRP systems (desirable)
- Microsoft Excel advanced
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a great attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role (stores, warehouse etc.)
