**Job description**

**Home Caring Pty Ltd** is a private registered NDIS and Aged Care provider and a leading national team providing in-home care support with the highest standards of care.
- We are currently seeking outstanding and passionate Team Leader for our SIL homes in Tweed Heads and Banora Point._

The Team Leader Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides team leadership and support, employee supervision, direction for employees on day to day basis, oversight of the SIL property operations and develops staffing rosters.

**You will be required to**:
1) Work with the Accommodation Manager and other business entities to oversee staff and result in smooth running of the SIL homes

2) Work with other stakeholders, such as rostering and payroll, to ensure they have timely information.

3) Consciously create and model a workplace culture that is consistent and emphasises the identified mission, vision, guiding principles and values of Home Caring

4) Operate within delegated authority and undertake a range of administrative tasks that support efficient and effective service delivery.

5) Be willing to work rostered shifts and be on call to cover shifts within the homes.

**Skills, experience and qualification**

1. Service leadership/coordination experience including budgeting demonstrating the delivery of successful outcomes for clients.

2. Sound working knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and experience utilising a range of community-based supports to achieve client goals.

3. Experience in successfully leading and managing a team of values-aligned staff.

4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy environment and complete administrative tasks within designated timeframes with accuracy and high attention to detail.

5. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their representatives.

7. Current Drivers Licence. 8. Ability to obtain and maintain a clear Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.

**Salary**: From $37.00 per hour
