You will support vulnerable members of the community by acting as an advocate and role model. On a daily basis, you will be...
- Train and develop as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under one of our Proficient/Advanced or Specialist BSP's
- Evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans
- Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices
- Build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

**Qualifications** About You**

To be successful you will have:

- Completed a degree level qualification as an allied health professional (Eg. OT/Speech/Social Work/Psychology)
- Experience reviewing and implementing behaviour support plans
- Core registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner *highly regarded but not essential
- A genuine passion for working in the Disability sector
