About The Role
As part of our Specialist Services Team, you'll work closely with participants, families, and service providers to develop and implement positive behaviour strategies that foster independence and improve quality of life. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or just starting out, we'll support you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with participants, their families, and the wider support network
  • Conduct thorough behavioural assessments and create tailored intervention strategies
  • Align support services with participants' NDIS Plan, always maintaining a high standard of care
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and in line with NDIS guidelines
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to reduce the impact of challenging behaviours

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a similar field
  • A genuine passion for working with individuals with intellectual or cognitive disabilities
  • Experience or knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies and restrictive practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you're a people person who thrives in building rapport
  • Strong IT, admin and organisation skills as you will be working with billable time
  • A current driver's licence with a willingness and ability to drive to offsite meetings and attend client visits. Pool vehicles are provided.
