**About The Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery & Operations, **the Systems and Infrastructure Manager **will lead a team of technical professionals to provide ongoing support for BKI's network, server infrastructure and framework.

As the Systems and Infrastructure Manager, you will be interacting with a wide community of stakeholders ranging from Chief Information Officer, BKI network users and external tech suppliers and contractors. You will be performing a blend of responsibilities including monitoring team dynamics, fostering positive culture and managing financial dimensions of ICT department. To thrive in the role, you will need to take ownership of the systems and infrastructure services provided by ICT.

**We are excited about you because you have**:

- Relevant Degree and experience supporting technology services.
- Certifications from major vendors like Microsoft, Cisco etc
- A blend of service management certifications and service management experience working in or with the government vocational education sector will be highly regarded.
- Extensive relevant experience in infrastructure support and development in a medium to large enterprise or other organisation covering the following technologies: Wintel servers, storage systems, backup and restoration, LAN and WAN and cloud technologies.
- Aptitude to pick up new technologies, be innovative and maximise the utilisation of current technologies implemented.
- Experience of and/or qualifications in formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, and UNIX and/or GNU/Linux systems, and knowledge of the requirements of the ITIL Framework in relation to service support and service delivery is desirable
