Room Leader

**Endeavour Early Education **is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (preferred) or Diploma qualified **Nursery** **Room Leader** to join our vibrant team at our state-of-the-art centre in **Kariong**. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is seeking to make a real impact in the lives of young children and contribute to their holistic development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care
- Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans, tailored to the diverse needs and interests of children
- Coach and mentor educators to enhance their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with families to ensure open and effective communication, building strong partnerships
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing individualised support to meet their unique learning needs
- Foster a strong sense of belonging and inclusiveness within the room and wider centre community
- Adhere to the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and all relevant legislative requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of children and families
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a nurturing learning environment
