We’re seeking an exceptional **Educational Leader & Room Leader** to guide our team and inspire young minds. Whether you're already **ECT or Diploma** qualified, or working towards your ECT—you’ll find a deeply supportive environment where your leadership can flourish.

**Your Role**

As Educational Leader and Room Leader, you will:

- Design and deliver rich, creative learning experiences
- Oversee curriculum and ensure documentation reflects each child’s journey
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive room culture
- Coach and support educators to grow in their practice
- Partner with families to build lasting connections

**Availability**

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with availability required between **6:30am and 6:00pm**.
