As a result of continued growth, our team is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hardworking HR Truck Driver for an immediate start.

**The Role**:

- Load fleet at our major client’s distribution warehouse
- Safely deliver all freight throughout Perth Metropolitan Area
- Deliveries can range from single cartons drops, to full pallets
- Deliveries can range from private homes, industrial business, and shopping centres

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role in Transport/Logistics (Essential)
- Valid HR Synchro/Auto Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Forklift Licence (Desirable)
- Current First Aid Certification (preferred)
- 1st and 2nd COVID-19 Vaccination Dose
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol screening
- Be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of all traffic laws and relevant legislation
- Ability to work within the set safe work practices including manual handling for loading and unloading and securing of goods for transit
- Fatigue Management/Chain of Responsibility Online Training (Desirable)
- Load Restraint Ticket (Desirable)
- Previous experience working with Electric Hand Trollies and Scanning Devices (Desirable)
- Available to work day shift and occasional country runs
- Written and verbal communication skills within the logistics operation environment
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to change
- Experience in providing a high level of service within a set timeframe
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in meeting targets and KPI’s
- Have strong OHS awareness & work ethic
- Have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment safely & efficiently
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent organisation and time management skills
