**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Cruise control: 4+ years of traffic control planning and operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- You're the traffic whisperer: You know the Australian traffic management regulations, guidelines, and standards like the back of your hand.
- Juggling is your middle name: A strong project management game that lets you manage multiple lanes of work with ease.
- Tech-savvy navigator: You're a pro with traffic management software and tools that make planning, simulation, and reporting a breeze.
- Captain Communication: A knack for rallying the troops, making friends with clients, and high-fiving local authorities.
- Licensed to thrill: Hold valid traffic control certification and relevant licenses including your White Card, implement traffic stop slow and of course your current valid planning ticket that show you're the real deal.
- Show and tell: Proven track record of whipping up traffic management plans for projects of all shapes and sizes.
