**Key responsibilities**:
- People and Operational Leadership
- Lead the Clinic Team in partnership with the Lead Vet and Head Nurse if applicable by advocating for our VetPartners core values and encouraging a positive culture of accountability, empathy, and openness.
- Manage recruitment in partnership with the Lead Vet, Regional Manager, Head Nurse, and recruitment team.
- Supports Team members through development and retention by providing regular and timely feedback, implementing, and monitoring career development plans, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Develops and maintains an understanding of VetPartners Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures and ensures these practices are embedded within the clinic
- Clinic Performance and Driving Sustainability
- Actively champions clinic budgeting and strategic planning with Regional Manager and Lead Vet
- Demonstrate balanced decision making with consideration of both clinical and commercial outcomes.
- Client Experience
- Drives a customer-focused culture and demonstrates and reinforces the highest level of customer service with all team members.
- Effectively communicate and consult with clients, vets, and team members on all enquiries, including complaints, grief support, reminders, and procedure follow-ups.
