The Position

We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Site Supervisorto oversee the smooth running of construction activities on residential projects. In this key leadership role, you will ensure that homes are delivered to a high standard—on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality expectations. Working alongside an experienced Project Team, you'll play a key part in shaping successful outcomes on-site and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves managing the build of 15 townhouses on a single development site of 30 and you will be sharing the responsibilities with a another site manager development site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily construction site operations to support on-time project delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and internal construction protocols
  • Planning and updating project timelines, tracking progress at all stages
  • Managing labour, equipment, and material costs to ensure financial efficiency
  • Collaborating with other departments and key project stakeholders
  • Preparing and delivering progress reports to leadership and clients
  • Supervising subcontractors and site staff to achieve quality outcomes
  • Fostering strong client relationships and maintaining clear, proactive communication
  • Mitigating risks and resolving issues to prevent delays or quality impacts
  • Embracing a team-oriented workplace focused on professional growth

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing construction of residential homes or townhouse developments
  • Solid understanding of building practices, construction regulations, and safety standards
  • Capable of leading site teams and driving accountability
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and solving challenges under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Budget-conscious with experience in cost tracking and financial oversight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
  • Dedicated to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment at all times
