**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for compassionate people with a high work ethic to join a service in which you can truly connect with your clients and make a real difference in enriching lives to those in need. In this role, you will contribute to the lives of others through giving residents freedom of choice and assisting them in maintaining their independence within the community.

**Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting the individual care plan needs of independent living residents with a range of activities including domestic duties, personal care, and transport
- Administration of medication when required
- Complying with customer service & quality standards, and OHS requirements for both client and own safety

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Cert III Aged Care or Individual Support with experience working in an aged care environment is desirable but not essential
- Current Driver’s Licence and roadworthy vehicle
- Working rights within Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Influenza Statement
- Minimum three doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Availability to work a range of shifts that may include early mornings, late afternoons and/or weekends
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work commitments and personal time to achieve set outcomes
- An outgoing and positive personality
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and care
- Good interpersonal skills, written communication skills and presentation skills
