**About the Role**

Support and assist the Category Manager in all aspects of product planning, indent buy compilation, key account management, sample management and range preparation for **CALVIN KLEIN**.

You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and the ability to effectively liaise with suppliers and customers, including Myer and David Jones on a regular basis.

Based at our Head Office in Sydney CBD, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prepare line lists, retailer buy sheets and merchandise plans for customer range showings
- Populate SAP upload sheet with style attributes including pricing and sizing
- Liaise with external customers, shipping, customer service and provide information on cancellations, changes and deliveries
- Manage incoming samples for all markets
- Prepare sample range for market showings

**About You**
- Demonstrated category/buyers assistant experience within a wholesale environment, preferably with an international brand working across multiple categories
- Prior experience working with off-shore suppliers
- Advanced computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
- Knowledge and experience with SAP ideal
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy entering data
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Organised, detail-oriented collaborative team player.
