Lotus Barangaroo is located in Sydney's number one dining precinct Barangaroo, 5 minutes walk from Wynyard Station. The restaurant is fast paced but refined and operates 7 days a week, lunch and dinner. The menu pays tribute to the original custodians of the land with a pan Asian twist utilising some of Australia's best produce.

Successful applicants will be part of building a culture full of passion and dedication to all things service focused. You have a love for taking guests on a journey through food and beverage, helping to guide them in every step. You are an order creator, not order taker

**You have;**
- Ideally will have previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- A passion to learn
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
