An opportunity for an experienced case manager within workers compensation to use their case management experience to support an established small team who are focused on delivering the best service for the client and injured worker.
Manage a portfolio of 50 claims - primarily physical injury claims. This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 2 days a week based in either
**Parramatta, Melbourne or Brisbane**.
Bring your experience in Workers Compensation and manage your own mixed portfolio of psychological and physical injury claims. You will be working amongst a team who are passionate just like you about achieving positive workers' compensation claims outcomes and working collaboratively together to achieve best-in-market results.
**The role**:
- Supporting injured workers and all parties through each stage of the claims process.
- Providing a proactive case management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management.
- Work with RTW onsite.
- PIAWE determination and work capacity decisions.
- Managing weekly payments and provider invoices.
**About you**
- An experienced case manager with around 2 years of experience is preferred but most importantly you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes.
- Have a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances
- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation
- A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.

- Salary: $80,000- $90,000 + super + 10% performance bonus
