**Position Summary**
As an Associate Solution Consultant, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to develop pipeline and creative strategies to acquire new customers. You will also have the opportunity to deliver demos as well as provide technical sales support that will win over new prospects. The goal of this team is to ensure a high level of field support so that we can provide the best sales experience for our customers. This includes understanding the needs of perspective Partners’ businesses and translating those needs into a demonstration of Domo's functional and technical capabilities, asking business-focused questions, and working with sales team to communicate differentiated messaging at the top of the funnel.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand customer's goals and challenges and establish Domo's product as the best solution available;
- Responsible for discovery calls, architecture discussion, and delivery of value-based demonstrations to customers;
- Provide product and solution expertise to sales team in order to grow understand of our technology and progress their solution expertise;
- Create and facilitate high quality Domo demonstrations to prospects and customers;
- Qualifying customers' requirements and effectively articulating Domo's ability to meet these requirements.
**Job Requirements**
- 2+ years professional experience in a data-driven role or relevant sales experience within an enterprise software/IT/BI organization with client facing experience;
- Exposure to Analytics and/or BI solutions;
- Desire to constantly learn and over-achieve;
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to solve business and technical problems;
- Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills;
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic environment;
- Demonstrated passion for and interest in technology;
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency;
- Entrepreneurial experience and attitude;
- Handle details accurately and in a timely manner;
- Self-starter with a curious nature who loves solving both business and technical problems.
