Cornerstone Courts is a business owned and run by basketball enthusiasts that provides customised basketball court solutions for households across Australia.

We look after the entire project for our customers from design to procurement to installation of court flooring, basketball hoops, concrete slabs and netting options.

Position Overview

The Sales Assistant supports the sales team in the daily operations of Cornerstone Courts, focusing on customer engagement and facilitating sales processes. This role requires a strong understanding of our product offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and guide customers through the sales process. Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of quotes, manage sales documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on sales leads. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Administrative Duties: maintain accurate records and assist with other tasks as required by the National Sales Manager
- Marketing Assistance: Contribute to marketing initiatives, including involvement in supporting promotional activitieswhere required
- Order Management: Where required, collaborate with suppliers and/or subcontractors to ensure the smooth processing of orders from initiation to completion.
- Communication: Ability to express information clearly and concisely, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service, with a focus on meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure attention to detail. Product Knowledge: Understanding of our basketball court solutions and the ability to explain product benefits to customers.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or retail. Basic understanding of trade or property management industries is an advantage. Proficiency in using sales software and tools for order management and customer relationship management. An understanding of basketball is preferrable

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
