We are looking for a Mix Plant and Logistics Lead for Unilever, Australia. This position reports to site Plant Manager and works in conjunction Shift & Production Line leads, Warehousing and Planning Teams.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage all raw, pack and bulk material movements, including waste streams, for Minto mix plants and production lines;- Manage forward planning of material availability and staging for ice cream mixes across Streets and Weis mix plants;- Manage warehouse inventory and material movements following FIFO and FEFO principles;- Manage material and allergen storage aligned with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) requirements;- Manage working capacity of warehouse avoiding material overflow through removal of redundant or unnecessary stock;- Manage cleaning and return of reusable materials, including buckets, cardboard, empty pallets and obsolete/damaged stock;- Lead operation and maintenance of SAP WH systems and data;- Lead and audit cycle count and stock take activities to achieve inventory accuracy targets;- Supports operation and maintenance of RF and automation systems;- Prepares and supports the training activities for other employees covering warehouse management systems and material movements to support operational requirements;- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives in the logistics front;- Actively support waste management (SAP and physical) activities;

Does this sound like You- 3-5 years manufacturing experience. Demonstrated experience with planning systems and SAP.- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work in cross functional teams.- Experience in food manufacturing specifically ice cream is desirable
