**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focussed Pest Control & Hygiene Technician to join our team at Oracle Services. As a Pest Control & Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pest control & hygiene services to our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying, assessing, and implementing effective solutions while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and determine the extent of the problem.
- Develop and implement appropriate pest control strategies and treatment plans based on the type of infestation, customer preferences, and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain the pest control process, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Provide recommendations to customers regarding sanitation practices, structural repairs, and preventive measures to minimize the risk of future pest problems.
- Conducting installations and regular servicing of hygiene equipment
- Collecting and disposing of Sanitary Waste in a hygienic and regulatory abiding manner
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including pest activity, treatments applied, and any follow-up actions required.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient scheduling, prioritize workload, and meet service deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatment methods, and regulatory changes related to pest control to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Uphold a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times, striving to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Pest Control Technician or in a related field would be beneficial.
- All training and licensing will be provided at no charge to you
- Possess relevant certifications and licenses required for conducting pest control services in New South Wales
- Sound knowledge of pest control principles, methods, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and address pest-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines accurately.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require bending, crawling, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid, Full Australian driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Legally able to work in Australia
