**The Role**

Are you an experienced APS 5 Procurement and Travel Officer looking for your next long-term contract or ready to make a transfer? Are you interested in working for a not-for profit Commonwealth company and based in Canberra?

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of vehicle fleet including the collation of driver log data and provide assistance and support to staff in relation to all leased vehicle matters. Be the first contact point for fleet queries and provide advice and support to the hostel network on all leased vehicle matters.
- Review, update and maintain on at least an annual basis, the Fleet Policy and Procedures.
- Collate data in relation to the annual FBT reporting.
- Review, investigate and report on open purchase orders monthly
- Assist with travel bookings, purchasing cards and contract register.
- Assist with administrative procurement tasks such as coordinating the issuing of RFQ's to suppliers and compiling responses, coordinating supplier RFQ queries and liaising with business areas for responses.
