**Female Support Worker - Nowra Region | ASAP Start**

**Location**: Nowra & Surrounding Areas
**Position**: Casual/Part-Time (Potential for Permanent)
**Salary**: Competitive pay with penalty rates and allowances

Your Story Community Supports is seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Female Support Worker** to join our team in the Nowra region. We are a person-centered NDIS provider committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

**About the Role**

As a Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community. Responsibilities include:

- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Community access and transport
- Medication assistance
- Social and emotional support

**Requirements**:

- Female support worker (required for client preference)
- Experience in disability, mental health, or aged care (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $39.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- No weekends
- On call
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
