The Support Worker is responsible to the relevant House Coordinator, and will work as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with BB Disability & Health Services’ vision and principles, NDIS service delivery standards and within the recovery philosophy. Support Workers aim to promote individual independence, promote choice and control and to enhance resident wellbeing.

In collaboration with the Organisation, the Support Worker will participate in supporting participants NDIS plan and the case plans associated to ensure that the correct level of support is provided to the participant. They will assist participants in activities as determined by their plan.
