We are seeking an experienced Factory Hand to join the machining department of the business. The Factory Hand will be responsible for ensuring the machining area is clean, tidy and safe at all times. The Factory Hand will also be responsible for maintaining machines, receiving and storing raw material as well as deliveries.

**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Receiving goods
- Preparing material for machines
- Feeding material into CNC machines
- Checking machines
- Collecting finished parts from the CNC machines
- Inspecting and cleaning machined parts
- Packing, labelling, counting and logging parts
- Disposing of timber and waste
- General machine cleaning/maintenance
- General workshop duties including cleaning and heavy lifting
- Forklift driving (Loading/unloading)
- You have at least one year experience working in a factory, warehouse or workshop
- Be physically capable of lifting boxes up to 20kg
- Metal working background would be advantageous
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Willing to work overtime and on Saturdays

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
