Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is deeply committed to supporting businesses across Australia and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our regional communities.

In this role, you’ll manage a diverse client base across Bendigo and nearby areas, delivering full banking solutions tailored to the unique needs of each agribusiness.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and identifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a wide range of financial solutions
- Lead strategy, deal execution, and negotiation of financial solutions, while proactively managing risk

**We’re Looking for People Who**
- Take pride in delivering exceptional service and building trusted client relationships
- Have a strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape, with exposure to horticulture and broadacre cropping a bonus.
- Excel in deal execution, including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
- Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy delivering comprehensive financial solutions
- Are confident in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow drivers
