Coordination of daily operations across all SIL & SDA houses.
- Act as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to relevant participants.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party relationships for the execution of projects.
- Support participant expectations, track participant feedback and implement positive changes.
- Ensure that shift Reports for SIL participants, across all services, are read and all red flags are attended to.
- Flag and escalate issues/concerns identified in the shift reports.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and information is aligned.
- Contact staff members if necessary, regarding their shift reports (work with the team managers).
- Organise training for staff members that need further support in completing their duties.
- Attend disciplinary meetings with Management.
- Provide leadership, guidance and assist in day-to-day management across the supported independent living homes.
- Ensure support workers and team leaders are trained to complete all duties as required and to ensure that a process is established for effective participant support in accordance with Schedule of Supports or Individual Care Plan.
- Ensure all reporting obligations are met regarding NDIA and other industry standards.
- Fortnightly meetings with management and with other staff members as required.
- Regular visit across Service Delivery Areas is an integral part of the position.
- Strengthening the knowledge, culture, and collaboration within each service delivery area.
- Monitoring and addressing the monthly Key Performance Indicators set by TCA for each of the service delivery areas.
- Fulfill other duties as required by Management.
- Complete 6mothly internal audits across SIL Homes.
- Commitment to continuous improvement principles and adherence to the set quality standards
- Ensure that all staff understand clients' human rights and support them in ensuring their rights are upheld.
- Providing Management and guidance to Disability & Mental Health Support Workers and Team Leaders.
- Manage customer/participant expectations, track participant feedback and implement positive changes.
- Ensuring a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality Safeguarding Framework and Torana Care Australia’s WH&S systems, policies, and procedure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
