**About the role**

Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader, you will provide administrative support to the defence supply chain team to ensure the highest possible levels of integrity and service are provided to our customers.
- Some of your key responsibilities will include:_
- Ensure all data and information is recorded promptly and accurately in our databases and systems to support the integrity of our supplier master data and due diligence.
- undertake all specified administration tasks and ensure the integrity of the information and data we record, use and publish is accurate.
- End to end supplier creation in the ERP system.
- End to end management of the due diligence process.
- Preparation of company reports and documentation.
- Processing incoming and outgoing communication as required.

**About you**

With exceptional communication skills, you will have strong relationship management skills and work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results. You will be experienced in analysing business documents and have a strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions. You will ideally possess the following:
