Maintenance Officer needed for college site with progressing and upskilling available

Your new company
You will be working with a well-know residential college in Perth providing overall building maintenance.

Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring that general scheduled repairs and maintenance of building is conducting.
Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Replacing lightbulbs, painting, basic carpentry, locksmith and plumbing duties.
- Ability to work within a team and provide direction and instructions to team
- Ability to foresee and plan scheduled repairs and updates and liaise with required individuals
- Assist with planning of future renovations for building

What you'll need to succeed
- Sufficient Building Maintenance experience
- Basic Carpentry experience highly desirable
- Project Management experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work within a team
