**The role**

As part of our LPG Marketing, Sales & Service team, you’ll work alongside Digital Product & Experience who build and maintain the digital product vision, defining customer journey’s and creating and delivering the roadmap that will drive towards that vision. You’ll be responsible for product management from ideation, inception and planning, all the way through delivery and to in-market management and own the significant commercial outcomes associated with your product stream. You’ll be customer focused to identify and validate real customer problems, communicate your product vision effectively with your peers and multiple business teams and have the insight and appetite to creatively grow our customer base through awesome digital experiences.

**About you**
- Prior experience in a similar Digital Product Management position, including Digital feature delivery, staff management and development.
- A customer champion, passionate about creating outstanding digital experiences to generate customer connection. Commercially savvy and can connect digital experiences with business outcomes.
- Ability to design and translate future strategic vision into practical steps that provide a pathway to implementation, setting priorities for own team and others.
- Stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in building relationships with stakeholders from different areas of the business, bringing parties together to define collective solutions.
- Willingness to manage complex challenges, agitate the status-quo to inspire transformational change and able to produce simple innovative solutions.
