**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:

- Full time position available
- Lead the delivery of safe and effective clinical care utilising a person-centred approach.
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values.
- Take an active role in getting to know and communicating with our residents and their families.
- Manage residents’ assessments, care plans and other documentation to the highest standard.

**_ _**ABOUT YOU**:

- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Clinical Management experience in an Aged Care environment and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience in managing and leading people by building a positive team culture
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work well in a team environment
