**Sales Consultant - Windows & Doors**

**Full-Time | On-Site | Based in Kingston, QLD (South Brisbane)**

**Salary**:$66,000 incl. super + High-Performance Bonuses**Start**: Immediate

**GCB Doors and Windows** is a growing family-owned business supplying aluminium doors, windows, and screens across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and surrounding areas. We stock a wide range of popular standard sizes and also offer custom products. Our team is passionate about helping customers get the right solution, not just the quickest sale.

We’re now looking for a full-time **Sales Consultant** to join us at our Kingston factory. This role is perfect for someone with **trades or construction industry experience** — such as a glazier or carpenter — who wants to step off the tools, use their knowledge in a consultative sales role, and earn great money doing it.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Handling warm, inbound sales inquiries (we have a strong and stable lead pipeline)
- Guiding customers through the quoting process with expert product advice
- Recommending the best solutions based on their project needs
- Upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
- Managing and updating leads in our sales system (CRM)
- Following up promptly and thoroughly to keep jobs moving
- Occasionally visiting site (rare)
- Handing off successful sales to the admin team for order processing, scheduling, and delivery coordination
- There's also room to **grow our trade customer base** — if you’ve got the connections to bring in ongoing builder or tradie accounts, we’re open to rewarding that with extra incentives.

**About You**:
**You MUST have trade, construction, or glazing experience**You know the difference between a bifold and a stacker door, and you understand product sizes, reveals, and site realities.

**Strong people skills**You can talk to homeowners, tradies, and builders alike. You’re a natural at building trust and finding the right solution for someone’s needs.

**Organised and reliable**You’re quick to follow up, accurate with your quotes, and consistent in updating the system.

**Please do not apply** if you’ve only worked in retail or do not understand window and door types. This is a technical consultative sales role that requires real-world building knowledge.

**What’s on Offer**:

- **$66,000 base salary package including super**:

- **Generous performance bonuses paid quarterly** _(Earn up to $11,250 bonus per quarter if targets are smashed)_
- One-month paid trial with hands-on training from the business owner

- Mostly office-based, with occasional site visits

**Hours**:

- Monday-Friday**:7:30am-3:30pm**:

- Some flexibility to work Saturdays (8:00am-12:30pm) if required
- Standard 38-hour week + reasonable overtime (salaried role)
