Balwyn, Australia Help in the Home Full time

We are seeking a Personal Care Worker to provide quality in-home care to a regular client in Balwyn.

Shift times will include:
9:00am start for 1.5Hrs, Monday - Friday with Saturday as a possible additional shift.

This shift will include looking after one regular female client who has mild-moderate dementia and requires an experienced carer to assist with services in-home.

The services include:

- Daily medication prompting
- Lunch and other possible meal preparation
- Light household duties in client's home
- Assistance in monitoring food and creating shopping lists for client
- Other miscellaneous tasks to assist this client

Ideally, you will need to:

- Have an Aged Care or Individual Support Worker Qualification
- Experience with dementia patients would be beneficial
- Be personable and approachable, with an ability to build relationships with each of our clients
- Have clear communication skills.
- Be capable in using, and have, a mobile smart phone
- Have a Victorian Driver’s Licence and a reliable car
- Have a current police check

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
