**How will I help?**

The Manager, Governance & Reporting proactively manages and monitors end to end risk profiles for the Consumer and Business Banking Division.

This includes the implementation and adherence to the risk management framework, policies and controls.

You will part of a flat structured team, directly reporting to the Head of Governance and Reporting on the following activities:

- Ensure divisional and business operations and risk management practices align to the frameworks, policies, risk strategy, regulatory obligations, and appetite of the Group.
- Drive, monitor and support the delivery of issue and incident resolution in line with issues and incidents policy expectations, ensuring there are effective and credible programs in place to manage risks that exist across the value chain.
- Extract and analyse data to provide insights into trends and key risk metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of risk related reporting to provide risk insights to CBB team leaders, that enable proactive risk identification and management.
- Support clear disclosure, reporting and governance at our Risk Forums and Risk Committees.
- Ensure quality of records and updates by monitoring and tracking actions against risk and control issues identified.
