**About You**

Are you looking for a rewarding career in the Pharmaceutical industry? We seek a Dispensary Technician to join our team at our busy Pharmacy. As a Dispensary Technician, you will ensure patients receive the medications they need promptly and accurately. You will work under the supervision of the Pharmacist Manager and closely with the Pharmacy team to assist in dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, webster packing, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

**Role Includes**
- Assisting the Pharmacist in the dispensary
- Stock ordering and unpacking of dispensary lines
- Providing appropriate information and advice to customers on OTC medicines
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the dispensary
- Providing exceptional customer service in the dispensary as well as the front of the shop when needed
- Webster Packing as required
- Administering dispensary computer systems and claims
- Promoting services and products
- Supporting the Pharmacist

**To be Successful**
- Previous experience working as a Dispensary Technician (preferred)
- A passion for helping others
- Strong Pharmacy product knowledge including S2/S3 medications (preferred)
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to listen and take direction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
- Role model service standards
- Ability to build professional relationships
- Adaptability and willingness to work as part of a team
- A warm, approachable and empathetic nature
- Ability to show initiative and work with limited supervision
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster if needed
