**About the Role**
- Grow strategic Talent Acquisition capability, supporting Health Care Managers across Australia to attract, recruit, and onboard.
- Work with business to understand current and future requirements & devise appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Work within a wonderful and friendly team environment with high levels of flexibility and autonomy

**Responsibilities**:

- Partnering with our stakeholders to provide a guide on best practice talent engagement processes
- Talent pipeline building and management
- Developing attraction strategies for a wide variety of roles

You will have:

- Previous experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Keeps up with industry trends with a proven ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Strong problem-solving capability, curiosity, and capacity to innovate
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
