Our growing Talent Acquisition team strives to recruit a dynamic, innovative, talented and passionate workforce to ensure our patients and customers receive outstanding care.

We have exciting opportunities for **two experienced recruiters to support Corporate and Pharmacy recruitment nationally**, and **to help grow the strategic Talent Acquisition capability** across Ramsay Health Care. **The Role**
- Directly support Managers across Australia to attract, recruit, and onboard.
- Work with the business to understand current and future requirements & devise appropriate Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Work within a wonderful and friendly team environment with high levels of flexibility and autonomy

**About You**

**Your **Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Keeps up with industry trends with a proven ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
