About The Company

In recent years, we have been providing end to end solutions for NBN rollout including Civils, Cable hauling, Jointing, Network and Exchange device installation and integrations. Our teams also have extensive experience in the wireless field through their work on 3G, 4G, 5G and transmission networks over the years. We are always actively looking to expand the areas of services we provide along with expansion in our team.
About The Role:
**Salary**: 85,500 Plus Super-annuation per year
What You?ll Do:
? Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software projects.
? Utilise cloud platforms to enhance the scalability and performance of our core systems.
? Implement best practices in software design, reusability, and maintainability.
? Take ownership of development assignments, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
? Contribute to the redevelopment of our core platform using the latest technologies.
? Work on a range of projects that support our diverse service offerings
? Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
? Continuously improve your skills and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
What You?ll Bring:
? Minimum 5 years of relevant expeirence
? Tertiary Qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field (desirable).
? Proven ability to embrace new challenges and quickly learn new skills and platforms.
? Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages and frameworks: Java, Go, TypeScript,.NET, React.
? Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
? Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
? Solid understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns, code quality, and testing methodologies.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a diverse team.
? A passion for continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
? Experience with agile development methodologies and tools is a plus.
