To complement the exceptionally unique offering, this role will see you participate in the beverage operation, most particularly wines. As the Assistant Sommelier, your responsibilities will extend from service to stock control, list recommendation and pairings in collaboration with an extremely experienced team. You will actively be involved in the dining room and participate in the immersive guest experience.

You will also hold:

- Full working rights in Australia - Citizens or Permanent Residents only
- Victorian RSA certificate
- WSET Level 1/2 or equivalent Sommelier certification
